
Thai Seafood Salad (Yum Talay)

Ingredients:
For the Seafood:
1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, scallops, fish)
For the Salad:
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup mint leaves
For the Dressing:
Pinnto Thai Green Spicy Sauce
Instructions:
Prepare the Seafood:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Add the seafood and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until just cooked through.
- Drain and immediately rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Set aside to cool.
Assemble the Salad:
-In a large bowl, combine the cooked seafood, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and mint leaves.
- Pour the Pinnto Thai Green Spicy sauce dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
